　　The power supply part is divided into temperature and humidity control and fault protection parts through contactors. The temperature and humidity control is to compare the temperature and humidity of the return air with the temperature and humidity set by users, and automatically operate the compressor (cooling, dehumidification), humidifier, electric heating (heating) and other components to realize the automatic control of constant temperature and humidity.

　　恒溫恒濕試驗箱制冷劑循環系統:蒸發器中的液態制冷劑吸收空氣的熱量(空氣被冷卻除濕)開始蒸發。最后制冷劑與空氣形成一定的溫差，液態制冷劑完全蒸發成氣態，然后被壓縮機吸入壓縮(壓力和溫度升高)。氣態制冷劑通過冷凝器(風冷/水冷)吸熱，冷凝成液體。經膨脹閥(或毛細管)節流，成為低溫低壓制冷劑，進入蒸發器，完成制冷劑循環過程。

　　恒濕恒溫試驗箱是指能同時施加溫度和濕度應力的試驗箱。隨著我國工業產品的發展，近年來，我國從國外引進了大量的測試系統，對我國工業產品的發展和定型起到了重要作用。但由于其自身的復雜性，試驗箱在運行過程中出現了很多問題，問題得不到及時解決，大大延長了試驗周期，影響了產品開發。造成這些現象的原因是我們不了解綜合測試的工作原理。因此，我們簡要說明試驗箱的基本工作原理，并介紹如何分析判斷綜合試驗箱測試設備的故障。

　　恒溫恒濕箱由制冷系統、加熱系統、控制系統、溫度系統、空氣循環系統和傳感器系統組成。上述系統屬于電氣和機械制冷。
