橋梁伸縮縫安裝前期的施工準備工作

　　1.伸縮縫預留槽的設置:橋面鋪裝混凝土施工前，伸縮縫應用塑料泡沫板填實，防止混凝土等廢棄物掉入，影響伸縮裝置的性能；橋面鋪裝施工后，伸縮縫預留槽口應用低標號砂漿或混凝土填充至與橋面齊平，以保證表面瀝青混凝土鋪裝的平整度，防止施工時預留鋼筋受壓變形，影響伸縮裝置的安裝。

　　2.伸縮縫預留槽的開挖:瀝青混凝土上層完成后，即可進行伸縮縫開槽。首先，根據設計寬度，在表層放出切割邊緣標記?？梢韵扔盟驖癖韺?，然后用膠帶紙沿切割標線在伸縮縫兩側貼上塑料薄膜，再蓋上一層硬塑料編織布，防止切割過程中污染路面。技術工人操作切割機沿標準線切割，保證切割縫整齊順直。切割完成后，手動去除表面混合物。對于剩余凹槽內的填充物，可先用風鎬將其打碎，然后用人工清除。 and care should be taken to prevent the corner of the slit from being damaged.
