　　塑料噴涂的概念:

　　噴塑是指用靜電發生器給塑料粉末充電，是一種在零件上噴涂塑料粉末的表面處理方法。

　　噴塑，即靜電粉末噴涂，是20世紀80年代以來國際上常用的金屬表面處理裝飾技術。

　　注射成型的主要類型:

　　1.橡膠注射成型:橡膠注射成型是將混煉膠從機筒中直接注入模具中進行硫化的一種生產方法。橡膠注射成型的優點是:雖然是間歇操作，但成型周期短，生產效率高，取消了毛坯準備工序，勞動強度低，產品質量優良。
