　　啟動和停止消防泵的操作步驟:

　　1.啟動泵后，檢查電機和泵的運行電流是否能正常運行，如有異常立即停泵；

　　2.檢查水泵出口處的壓力表。當壓力表指針達到額定工作壓力并穩定后，逐漸打開出口閥，使泵盡可能工作在額定狀態；

　　3.泵正常充滿水后，將真空抽吸安裝的離合手柄撥到“關”的位置；

　　4、檢查閥組壓力，水閥組壓力在0.8Mpa左右，泡沫閥組壓力在1.0Mpa左右，如果不能維持壓力，可適當調整泵出口和回流閥來控制壓力；

　　5、應經常檢查泵和電機軸承的溫度，高溫不能超過75度，檢查電機的工作電流應在正常范圍內；

　　6.停泵后，按照閥門啟閉狀態圖的要求，將所有閥門恢復到正常狀態；

　　7.將真空安裝的離合器手柄移動到“關閉”位置，打開空氣閥，并重置浮球組件以準備戰爭；

　　8.如果泵的壓力達到0.8Mpa后立即回到0.4Mpa左右，不能正常排水，應立即停泵，打開空氣閥使浮球組件復位，然后重新啟動；

　　9.正常情況下，1#和2#穩定泵保證一臺處于工作狀態，另一臺處于備用狀態。

　　消防泵的維護和保養:

　　1、檢查并確保消防系統電源、電路通暢，電氣設備完好；

　　2.每班抽一次盤，聯軸器重量應均勻，無異常響聲，并有記錄；

　　3.每月固定日期檢查真空裝置內的平穩油位，加油位置在或略低于油窗中心線；啟動消防車消防泵，檢查泵的供水時間，并做好記錄。1#、2#泵運行15分鐘，3#、4#泵運行5分鐘；

　　4.泵啟動后，檢查浮球組件的運行狀態，排氣軟管中不應有水。如果有水，就要更換浮球墊片；

　　6. Check the packing sealing level after the pump is started, and the leakage should not exceed 10-30 drops/minute;
