開槽機配置雙元凈化器及空氣過濾裝置，過濾系統采用雙層過濾裝置和轉片式濾清器，增加空氣凈度，防止發動機吸入灰塵，而 降低發動機的磨損，有效延長發動機壽命。

　　開槽機操作程序：

　　1、機床開動前，須仔細檢查和螺帽以及各部螺釘是否牢固，如發現有松動現象，須及時擰緊；

　　2、安裝時注意切削方向，不準逆轉；

　　3、主為順時針轉向；

　　4、進料開槽前，先確認氣動裝置是否打開并壓緊工件于活動推臺上和靠緊定位板，手不準靠近刀口處；

　　5、當機床發生故障時應立即將電源切斷，并停止作業，派專人進行修理調整，機床不準帶病運轉；

　　6、材料在加工前應先檢查上是否有鐵釘、沙石活節等，不銹鋼刨槽機以防損壞活節飛出傷人；

　　7、機床清掃、擦潤滑油以及拆除換鋸片和口屑物等，須切斷機床電源；

　　8、機床要有人員操作、調整及維修，對機床不熟悉的人員嚴禁使用；

　　9、工人操作時應配戴耳塞、護眼鏡等勞保用品。

　　10、機器的維護保養按《設備操作、維護、保養制度》執行。

　　全自動開槽機的性能：

　　1、開槽作用：沒有毛邊、沒有塵埃、V槽面潤滑。

　　2、環保節能：總耗電量2.0kw，開槽紙板下角料一根整條無缺可收回（收回下角料收入能抵電費和耗用），低噪音。

　　3、出產功率：手動送板速度8小時能出產10000只盒子左右。

　　開槽機使用中的注意事項

　　1.開槽機一機兩用，單個金剛石切割輪即可切割；使用雙金剛石切割輪可用作開槽。

　　2.開槽寬度可以通過兩個金剛石切割輪之間的距離圓來調節。

　　3、開槽機一定要選擇金剛石切割輪，要同時更換兩個金剛石切割輪，所以不要新舊混用。

　　4.使用開槽機之前，請務必檢查兩個金剛石切割輪的動平衡。
