　　甘薯干加工設備的工作原理:

　　1.紅薯清洗機。九把刷子卷成一個U形來清潔材料。清洗時可以選擇剝皮或不剝皮。不脫皮選軟刷，脫皮選硬刷。整機板采用sus304食品級不銹鋼，毛刷混合進口尼龍絲。

　　2.梳妝臺:將洗凈去皮的紅薯部分修剪。有些凹坑和凹陷是無法用毛刺清理干凈的，需要手工完成。3.蒸箱:蒸紅薯。利用架子車和托盤相互配合，將清洗干凈的紅薯裝滿托盤。然后，把托盤放在架子車上，推著蒸籠蒸。整機板材采用sus304食品級不銹鋼?？梢愿鶕a量選擇擱板和托盤。4.切片/切片:如果選擇先蒸后切的工藝，只能選擇手工模切刀切這一塊，紅薯可以手工分成一片或八片。如果選擇先切后煮的操作，有自動切條切片機，切條切片尺寸可以定制。

After cleaning, the sweet potatoes can be cooked in the sweet potato steamer, boiled until they are seven-ripe, taken out and manually sliced, and loaded into plates. After loading the plates, the dried sweet potatoes drying room is debugged and the baking car is pushed into the drying room for drying.

　　甘薯片干燥機的干燥過程；

　　1.先啟動機器。當烘房溫度達到30度時，將裝滿紅薯片的料車推入烘房，設定目標溫度為40度，持續2小時。

　　2.進入第二階段，目標溫度設定為55度，烘干時間設定為2小時，持續除濕。

　　3.第三階段，目標溫度升至65度，烘干時間設定為2小時，進行連續除濕。

　　4.在第四階段，目標溫度設定為70度，干燥時間設定為2小時，并進行連續除濕。一般紅薯片的濕度保持在15%，就可以完成烘干。

　　5.停機后，讓紅薯片自然冷卻。
