彎管機的技術要求是什么?
1、工作前,認真檢查彎管機各部是否正常,電氣設備是否完好,潤滑系統是否暢通;清除臺面及其周圍放置的工具、量具等雜物和邊角廢料;
2.彎管機不要一個人操作,要2-3個人協調送料,控制尺寸精度,取料,確保一人統一指揮;
3.根據剪切板的規定厚度,調整彎管機的剪刀間隙。不允許同時切割兩種不同規格、不同材質的板材;不要重疊和切割。剪切的板材要求表面平整,不允許剪切無法壓實的窄板材;
4、彎管機的皮帶、飛輪、齒輪和軸等運動部件必須安裝防護罩;
5、彎管機操作者送料手指應與剪刀口保持200mm的距離,并離開壓緊裝置。剪刀上放置的防護欄不能遮擋操作者的眼睛,看不到剪切部分。手術后產生的廢物有棱角,操作者要及時清除,防止被刺傷、割傷;
6.彎管機的飛輪、齒輪、軸、皮帶等運動部件應有防護罩;

2.在中性層內部的壓縮變形區,切向壓應力作用下的薄壁結構不會起皺超過失穩;
3、如果管子有橢圓度的要求,控制其截面產生畸變;
4.如果管件有承受內壓的強度要求,控制壁厚減薄的成形極限。
